How billing works
The store or platform you buy through is the seller. Payment is processed by them and charged to the account you hold with them. We never see your card details, and we cannot charge you ourselves.
Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period until you cancel, and you are told in advance if the renewal price has changed. Cancel at any time wherever that account's subscriptions are managed — your receipt says where. Cancelling stops the next charge; it does not end the period you have already paid for.
A refund comes back from whoever took the payment; what we refund and how to ask is on the refunds page. The full terms of the subscription are in the terms of service.
Questions
Do I have to pay to use it?
No. The app is free to download and free to use, and it stays useful without Pro. Nothing you have already added stops working if you never buy anything.
What does it cost?
The current price in your own currency is shown on the paywall in the app, and again at checkout before you confirm. Prices are set per country and can change, so the figure you are shown at that moment is the one that applies.
Monthly or annual?
Both are offered. Annual costs less per month than monthly does; the saving is shown on the paywall next to the plan. Either renews automatically until you cancel.
Is there a free trial?
Where a trial is offered it is shown on the paywall, with its length and the price it converts to. Cancel before it ends and you are not charged. A trial is normally limited to one per account per subscription.
What happens if I cancel?
You keep Pro until the period you have paid for runs out, then the free limits apply again. Games past the free limit are not deleted — they stay in your pile, and come back the moment you resubscribe.
Do I pay again on a new phone?
No. The entitlement belongs to the account you bought it with, so Restore on the paywall brings it back. Your pile does not travel with it — there is no sync, and that is covered in the privacy policy.
